Verónica Pofcher | Chief Operations Officer, Language Solutions

A sworn translator, linguist, and co-founder of Wessence, Verónica founded In Good Spanish and brings over 20 years of expertise in high-end language services. She has led research, localization, creative marketing, and quality-assurance projects with a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Recognized for elevating processes and outcomes, she balances her professional drive with mountain runs and bike rides across Mendoza, a love for local wine, and the guilty pleasure of binge-watching a good series.

Paola Gliemmo | Chief Operating Officer, Multimedia Solutions

Paola is a professional translator specialized in multimedia localization and co-founder of Wessence. As the founder of Magna Vox, she has extensive experience in subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and video production. She blends quality and innovation in audiovisual projects. Paola is the Sponsorship Manager for Women in Localization Argentina and volunteers with ALIA. In her free time, she enjoys sports, reading, and walking her dog, and she channels her love of languages through a constant curiosity to learn and discover new cultural perspectives.

Cecilia Poratti | Chief Business Development Officer

Cecilia is a certified public translator, linguist, and co-founder of Wessence. She founded Essence Translations and brings more than 25 years of experience in the language industry. With a postgraduate degree in Spanish Linguistics, she moves effortlessly between English, Spanish, and Portuguese. A master of cultural adaptation, she blends sharp strategic thinking with a creative touch. As a volunteer with Women in Localization and ALIA, she actively contributes to building a stronger, more connected language community. Outside of work, Cecilia finds joy in painting, pottery, yoga, and crafting memorable meals—often surrounded by friends as she explores her passion for the culinary arts.

Federico Bones | Production Manager

Federico excels at leading teams, delegating responsibilities, scheduling deliveries, ensuring translation quality, and training others—all while keeping motivation at the heart of his work. He is a certified translator specializing in scientific and literary translation, as well as an English teacher. He also speaks Italian. Always ready for a new challenge, Federico is passionate about helping fellow linguists refine their craft. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends.

Sandra Matesanz | Production Manager

Sandra shines at organizing, planning, and coordinating teams, turning challenges into opportunities with efficiency and poise. Her unique background in English translation and engineering gives her a holistic perspective, blending technical insight, clear communication, and strategic thinking. Celebrated for her natural leadership and dedication, she thrives on optimizing processes and guiding her team toward outstanding results. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys long walks, getting lost in a good book, and cherishing moments with her children and friends.

Ana Paula Cocconi | QA Manager

Ana Paula is a certified translator and English teacher with over 20 years of experience, seamlessly blending her love for language with expertise in translation, editing, and quality control. She guides team training and oversees internal processes with a focus on continuous improvement, fostering an environment of open and collaborative communication. Her sharp analytical skills, dedication, and commitment make her an essential force in driving her team’s growth and success. When she’s not working, Ana Paula loves sharing moments with friends and hitting the hockey field.

Victoria Tanoni | Strategic Account Manager

Victoria’s love for languages sparked at just five years old, when she convinced her mother to sign her up for English lessons. With a background in International Relations, she brings a global perspective to project management, infusing her work with cultural sensitivity and a spirit of kindness. Beyond translation, she finds joy in singing and grounding herself through daily yoga. Curious and proactive, Victoria is always seeking ways to streamline processes and enrich both work and life.

Naiara Guida | Senior Project Manager

Naiara brings a wealth of experience in translation, localization, and multimedia project management, leading teams and orchestrating multilingual projects in over 50 languages. Renowned for her energy, commitment, and hands-on approach, she excels in client relations, negotiation, and leadership. Passionate about professional growth and operational excellence, she thrives on optimizing processes and nurturing collaboration. Off the clock, Naiara finds balance and energy on the volleyball court.

Jimena Tobal | Talent Manager

Jimena is a scientific and technical translator and interpreter with 18 years of industry experience. Having grown alongside IGS, she has honed her expertise across quality control, SEO, marketing, localization, and operational management. As a Talent Manager, she cultivates professional growth, fosters meaningful connections, and celebrates collaboration and diverse skills. Curious and passionate about lifelong learning, Jimena blends her interest in AI with a balanced life between the buzz of the city and the serenity of the countryside, shared with her family.
